This notice explains how Silver Property Care LLC collects, uses, retains, and shares information submitted through this website, SilverCare Concierge, paid memberships, and SPC ONE.

Information we collect

We may collect the information you provide, including your name, company, email address, phone number, property address, unit or access details, requested service, priority, portfolio information, preferred timing, authorization path, membership tier and status, messages, uploaded documents or photos, and work-order records.

SilverCare Concierge

When you use SilverCare Concierge, the recent messages needed to answer you are sent securely to our artificial-intelligence service provider for processing. SPC does not save the chat transcript in its service-request database, and the browser keeps only a short session copy on your device. If you choose the secure handoff form, only the form details you submit are saved as an SPC request. Do not enter payment credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, entry codes, alarm codes, or unnecessary sensitive information in chat.

Website performance information

We record limited first-party events such as pages viewed, request-button activity, SilverCare usage, completed service requests, and app installation. A temporary random session identifier helps measure visits. We do not use advertising cookies, and form or chat contents are not copied into website analytics.

How information is used

We use information to review inquiries, coordinate services, administer memberships and feature access, communicate about requested work, manage work orders, estimates, invoices, payments, approvals and closeouts, protect the website, maintain business records, and improve SPC operations and website performance.

Service providers and sharing

We may share only the information reasonably needed with technicians, subcontractors, property contacts, hosting, storage or artificial-intelligence providers, accounting or payment processors, and other service providers that help us deliver or document authorized work. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. SPC does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Payment and membership information

Payments may be processed on secure pages operated by QuickBooks Payments or Stripe. Those processors handle payment credentials under their own privacy and security practices. SPC may retain processor customer and subscription identifiers, membership tier, billing status, renewal timing, and cancellation state so it can grant or suspend the correct access. SPC does not store full card or bank-account numbers in this website or SPC ONE.

Retention

We retain service, membership, work-order, communication, accounting, and payment-related records only as long as reasonably needed to provide service, support warranties and disputes, meet legal, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations, and protect the business. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, de-identified, or securely disposed of when reasonably practical.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you by contacting SPC. We may verify your identity before acting. We may keep records that must be retained for legal, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, contractual, or legitimate business reasons, and we will explain when a requested deletion cannot be completed.

Security

SPC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the services provided, including access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrative areas, signed payment notifications, and service-provider security controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through a general service-request form.
