Shawn Robinson founded Silver Property Care LLC in 2019 after more than 15 years of maintenance and remodeling experience. The company grew through word of mouth by helping property owners solve practical problems and keep their properties moving.
Today, SPC is focused on becoming the dependable maintenance and vendor-support partner Philadelphia landlords, property managers, and real estate investors can call across a growing portfolio.
